📢 10 AFRICAN YOUTHS IN DIGITAL HEALTH — IYD 2024
It is quite evident that the youth are leading digital health transformations with fresh perspectives, technological skills, and an understanding of community needs.
As the Food and Agric Thematic Lead @queenscomtrust, I was pivotal to the success of the impactful Int´l Youth Week co-created with other young leaders.
Also, my team @NDDI_Africa shared their strategic efforts in scholarly advancement amongst African early career nutritionists
A highlight of my participation at the High-Level Political Forum on Sustainable Development at the UN Headquarters in New York was delivering an intervention for @UNMGCY during the SDG 2 review, underscoring my commitment to food systems research, policy and youth development.
The American Society for Nutrition 2024 Conference marked the end of my two-year term with the Student Interest Group (SIG), as the International Representative where I was instrumental in organizing/facilitating all student programming at the conference and throughout the year.
At the 2024 ICDA congress in Canada, I shared key findings from my doctoral research on global nutrition informatics in a plenary session led by my Supervisor.
Additionally, @NDDI_Africa e-posters on the utilization of the Nutrition Care Process in Nigerian were presented

I just presented to the faculty key findings from a segment of my doctoral research—a global eHealth study that evaluated the integration of standardized nutrition terminologies in electronic health record system.
This process stimulated fruitful scholarly exchange & discussions
