BREAKING: Rep. Jamie Raskin introduces EXPLOSIVE bill to evaluate Trump under 25th Amendment authority — and 50 Democrats immediately sign on as co-sponsors Jamie Raskin has had enough of having a completely demented madman as president. So he's decided to do something about it — with 50 colleagues standing behind him.

The top Democrat on the House Judiciary Committee introduced legislation Tuesday to establish a "Commission on Presidential Capacity to Discharge the Powers and Duties of Office" — a 17-member body authorized under Section 4 of the 25th Amendment to determine whether Donald Trump is mentally and physically capable of serving as president.
The evidence Raskin cited in introducing the bill reads like a highlight reel of a presidency in freefall. Trump threatened to destroy "a whole civilization" over a shipping deadline he posted on Truth Social. He published an image of himself as Jesus Christ — then claimed he was portraying himself as a doctor. He attacked Pope Leo, the first American pope in history. He launched an unauthorized war in Iran without a congressional vote, in violation of the War Powers Act. He nearly blurted out classified troop numbers at a press conference before his own Joint Chiefs chair had to stop him. He set four consecutive deadlines against Iran and backed down from every single one.

"Public trust in Donald Trump's ability to meet the duties of his office has dropped to unprecedented lows," Raskin said. "We are at a dangerous precipice, and it is now a matter of national security for Congress to fulfill its responsibilities under the 25th Amendment."

Let's be honest about the math. The 25th Amendment has never been used to end a presidency. It would require JD Vance and a majority of Trump's own cabinet to declare him unfit — the same cabinet that paid $35 million to buy their jobs and has spent months nodding along to everything Trump says. Then, if Trump disputed it — which he would, loudly, on Truth Social, probably while posting another Jesus picture — two-thirds of both chambers of Congress would have to agree. That's a higher bar than impeachment.

Raskin knows this bill won't remove Trump tomorrow. That's not entirely the point. The point is to force a conversation that the White House desperately does not want to have — about a 79-year-old man who is threatening civilizational annihilation on social media, comparing himself to Jesus, ignoring his own generals, hiding war casualties, and calling his diplomatic strategy "J.D. and Steve and Jared."

The White House response to Raskin's earlier request for a cognitive evaluation was: "Lightweight Jamie Raskin is a stupid person's idea of a smart person." Which is obviously not the response everyone would like to see: "The president will be happy to take a cognitive test."

Meanwhile, Republican Rep. Marlin Stutzman of Indiana reassured everyone that Trump is "one of the greatest presidents our nation has ever seen" and is "making the entire planet safer" — this being the same planet where Austria, Italy, and Spain have closed their airspace to American warplanes, and allies believe America has "lost its mind."

Fifty Democratic co-sponsors. A formal bill. A 72-hour medical examination requirement. And a president who responded to questions about his mental fitness by posting a picture of himself as Jesus.

Who still thinks we don’t need a commission like Raskin and his co-sponsors have proposed?

He called out the stock market manipulation that only insiders benefit from. He called out the Gulf investment deals enriching Trump and his family.

"Any one of these conflicts of interest would have caused an immediate procedure of impeachment here," Malhuret said. "But we are not here. We are in MAGA's America where public business is conducted in favor of private interests."

Then came the line that cut deepest. "Every time the Epstein affair resurfaces, bombs explode somewhere in the world and cause a distraction."

BREAKING: “MADE ME PHYSICALLY SICK!” A federal grand juror just broke her silence on what she heard while serving on a grand jury involved in Epstein trials, and every American needs to hear what she said.

A former federal grand juror who served for the last year and a half spoke out on a recent video, sharing from her car the raw toll of hearing cases involving depravity and child exploitation. Bound by secrecy rules not to discuss specifics, she made one powerful point clear: the horrors in the Epstein files are NOT fiction.

She said: “I think that there are a lot of you out there who look at some of the stuff in the Epstein file releases and you say there's no way this happened. This is not a real thing. This is a figment of someone's imagination, but I want to tell you that stuff does happen.”

The email, sent nearly a year after Epstein’s death had officially been ruled a suicide by the New York City medical examiner, references a confidentiality agreement tied to “the investigation into the murder of Jeffrey Epstein.” The names of both the sender and recipient are redacted — but the language is crystal clear.

This wasn’t some random blogger speculating. This was a federal prosecutor inside Trump’s Justice Department.

The timing is explosive. In mid-2020, Trump was still president. His Justice Department had already publicly accepted the suicide ruling. Yet internally, at least one federal prosecutor was using the word “murder” in connection with an ongoing investigation.

And here’s where it gets even messier: Just last year, the DOJ released a memo reaffirming that Epstein died by suicide — sparking outrage among many in Trump’s base who have long believed something more sinister happened.

So, which is it?

Was Trump’s DOJ investigating a murder in 2020? If so, why? And why does that conflict with the department’s later, definitive public conclusion?

The contradictions are impossible to ignore. An internal email. A formal suicide ruling. A later memo doubling down. If nothing else, this revelation shatters the tidy narrative that the matter was fully settled.

Because when a federal prosecutor writes “murder” in black and white — long after the official ruling — that’s not a typo. That’s a question mark the American people deserve to have answered.

BREAKING: YES! Trump gets nightmare news as Democrats unveil legislation to force him to refund a staggering $175 billion collected through tariffs after the Supreme Court struck down his power.

The dam has officially broken...

“Trump’s illegal tax scheme has already done lasting damage to American families, small businesses and manufacturers who have been hammered by wave after wave of new Trump tariffs,” stated Senator Ron Wyden, one of the bill’s sponsors.

“Senate Democrats will continue fighting to rein in Donald Trump’s price-hiking trade and economic policies. A crucial first step is helping people who need it most, by putting money back in the pockets of small businesses and manufacturers as soon as possible,” he added.

The bill would force the commissioner of Customs and Border Protection to refund all of the "unlawfully collected duties" after the Supreme Court ruled 6-3 last week that Trump had no legal power to collect the tariffs under an emergency powers act. Not only that, but the bill sets a deadline of just 180 days after enactment for CBP to process the refunds with interest.

The bill would also force the administration to give priority to status to small business — often the companies that were hardest hit by the destructive tariffs — and to coordinate with the Small Business Administration to help disseminate information about the refunds.

“Trump’s illegal tariff taxes cost small businesses, consumers, and families up to $175 billion. That money must be repaid immediately. For small businesses with little to no resources, this refund process can be extremely difficult and time consuming,” said Senator Ed Markey, one of the sponsors.

Vance likes to make a big show of being a Catholic convert, but everything he does is profoundly out of step with Catholic morality. He's a key member of a regime that's brutalizing migrants on a daily basis and Pope Leo has made defending migrants a cornerstone of his papacy.

Trump has vowed that this July 4th will be "the most spectacular birthday party the world has ever seen" but judging by the deeply embarrassing failure that was his big military parade, our expectations are low. Pope Leo ain't missing much!
