Most fitness apps assume you have unlimited time and zero stress. You don’t. You need a named coach who builds around your life — not a template. 6-week Jump Start. Real food. Real accountability. Apply → https://t.co/fe5O5i78GM
The person who shows up at a sustainable effort most weeks will pass the hero every time. Not because they want it more. Because they're still there in week six. https://t.co/ZG0GvnubbD

Bootstrapping a business isn't as glamorous as anyone would think. It's not just a full time job, it's a 24/7 job.
@Ignite_6 is my concierge coaching business. Along with my co-founder, Chris, we're constantly finding creative ways to get our name out there, searching for clients that are a good fit, working with the amazing 𝕏 fitness community and perfecting our app and website.
That's just a small part of it.
We also coach our kids' softball teams 2-4 times per week between planning events, meeting with new partners, traveling, and handling all of the logistics- all while making sure that the Ignite 6 Athletes we coach get the best experience they can find in a coach.
We do it because our Athletes deserve the best. There's no compromises on our end. I'm even hand pressing T-shirts for our athletes in the evenings until we get our apparel vendor set up 😂.
To give back to the community that's helped make this idea a reality, we're booking free 30-minute consultations! The first 10 people who sign on with us get a severely discounted rate, plus a special, limited edition Founding Athlete t-shirt, 6-weeks of training and nutrition coaching (or lock in your discount with our ongoing monthly package), access to our Athlete/Coaching Desk app, a WHOOP Peak membership and all of the check-ins you need.

Exactly. There's no such thing as a one-size-fits-all training plan.
Everyone has different goals, different schedules, different ways their body responds to training.
The best program is the one that you can show up for consistently.
Personally, I love split training.
Yes, a traditional bro split absolutely works. Plenty of great physiques have been built training one body part hard once a week.
No one can argue with that….
But for the average guy…I think split training is more sustainable.
Bro splits feel like factory work...
Chest day means you’re laboring through set after set of chest. Same thing with back, shoulders, arms, legs.
If you’re competing and have your eye on stepping on stage, that approach makes a ton of sense. The physique is the prize and you’re willing to grind for it.
But most guys aren’t bodybuilders…
I’d rather hit a few hard sets for multiple muscle groups, keep the workout moving and come back and train those muscles again later in the week.
Both work and have their place.
For me…split training is simply more enjoyable and easier to sustain for years.
Try both for at least 3 months and decide which one works better for you.
First day of fall. The sun’s checking out earlier.
If your training window just got narrower, that’s not a personality flaw — it’s the calendar. Pick the session that still fits your schedule, and keep it.
That's a big ask 😂 but the morning and afternoon gym rush is brutal.
Mid day workouts are amazing, but most people have to settle around their work schedule anyway. Honestly, it doesn't really matter when you work out, as long as the consistency is there.
The fitness internet blurred the line between looking good on camera and actually coaching.
Lighting and genetics aren't experience. You're not lazy if influencer programs got you nowhere. Wrong source, wrong results.
GM 𝕏 and happy Monday.
Insanely busy week ahead; a lot on the agenda. Here's what to expect:
// We had a misprint on over 120' of DTF prints (that I also paid rush shipping for) so I could get caught up this weekend on your orders with @coreyh712 in town to help. Received them Friday (misprinted), and I got a little unhinged, lol. Sadly, I wasn't able to get caught up on orders as planned - as some of yours were pending prints from that run. Printer is reprinting and rushing them to us early this week.
Hoping to have our own full print setup in house by 2027 so I don't have to deal with this nonsense anymore.
// On top of this, there has been a 10.5 week delay on our single serving sachets for @DrinkSalinity. That's been an entirely different stress point in my life but... I'll spare you the details of how all of that was handled. Good news is... we are picking them up around lunch and will have them at the shop this afternoon. More to come on this.
// We'll be jamming on your orders as fast as possible outside of this pickup window for Salinity. Thank you all for your patience. We're bringing in some extra help this week and we'll produce as fast as possible but do ask for your patience. We had multiple dozens of orders come in over the weekend.
// We also have over a dozen hoodie orders in production right now and expect those to be complete this week. Will keep you all posted.
// Orders for @DigitalFringed1 collab tees have been flying in. Prints for those, fortunately, were unaffected so we'll be getting those prepped for you this week and next. As mentioned, we are adding on some extra help this week and we'll produce as fast as possible but please allow up to 10 days for production & fulfillment on these.
// @hypertrophydad_ reached out weeks ago about trusting his merch with us for their booth at Olympia in Vegas this month. We are packing his order today to ship and will share what we did for him (production, not design). We'll also be working with him on his Trophy Dad branding/merch in the coming weeks. Super stoked!
// @Ignite_6 also reached out as a referral from @DigitalFringed1. Had a great call with him last week and we look forward to working with them. More to come here!
// We are prepping for a big Black Friday drop and getting sew-outs done this week as well. More to come.
// We still have 3 massive announcements to make before the month is out so keep your eyes peeled.
Any questions, comment below or shoot us a DM!
Go crush it today.

@drgabriellelyon Totally agree!
“Live longer” without strength is just more years of being fragile. Lift. Hit protein. Sleep. Boring on purpose — and it compounds.

Whoop is amazing and your recovery score is useful. But, it's not a program.
Sleep, training load, protein, and a catch check-ins still do the heavy lifting.
