1/ @TroveMarkets case update: many people have understandably reached out asking how the investigation is progressing. Since I’m currently the only one still actively working on this case, I want to make one thing clear first despite my lack of public updates since my last post, I have remained fully active behind the scenes and have continued to brief the authorities on every new movement.

I'd love to see @zachxbt go after Trove again or at least someone else of his calibre (if that exists)

He went back and forth with them early on, before their ICO, raising red flags and they beefed

After the $10m+ scam, Zach found and posted a doxxed photo of their alleged founder @unwisecap

Then he said he was no longer looking into them at all. Likely he got busy or they outfoxed him and he hit a dead end

I read that Hyperliquid was a big donor for Zach. Trove was the biggest HL-related scam of last 12 months and impacted a ton of HL KOLs and users, so there should be some alignment?

If not Zach, and I don't want to single him out too much since he's just one guy, I wonder why @chameleon_jeff doesn't hire someone else to bust them? Would be a great use of the treasury tokens to scare others from attempting to scam the ecosystem

There's a clear trail beyond this photo. Trove hired a legitimate Singaporean law firm to register their corporation and law firms like that require client KYC. Also a doxxed dev in Vietnam and other breadcrumbs

Let's create some consequences because they'll just keep returning with new scams

So far, we’ve gathered a total of 59 victims of the $TROVE scam

Out of those 59 members, 35 have agreed to pledge 20% of their stolen funds toward the recovery of those funds

With over $300k lost between the members of this chat, the members have pledged over $60k toward recovery so far

What’s are plan?

With the recent efforts of @eyeonchains, we feel like we’re closer than ever to figuring out who the real bad guys are behind this scam

With people like him helping us connect the identity of the thieves, we feel our next steps will be more powerful

The plan is to use this money towards:
- on-chain analysts
- Private investigators
- legal representation
- etc

This is our chance to work together as a team to push back against scammers
