Há também vinícolas e muita produção de café.

Já na região de Irecê, temos grandes produções de cebola, cenoura e frutas, sendo a principal prodora de pinha do Brasil.

Na região sul da Bahia temos grande produção de cacau e eucalipto, enquanto a região de Bom Jesus da Lapa é a maior produtora de banana do país.
