We had an amazing time in Ha Long Bay, being on our own boat, exploring the islands and kayaking in the lagoon. A great experience! @Ilkleygrammar

We arrived back in Hanoi yesterday, and today we have done some shopping. Soon we will be setting off on the coach to Ha Long Bay @Ilkleygrammar

33km in 3 days in 30 degree heat ✅ We did it! We are very proud of this group of amazing students. Sticking together and working as a team, encouraging each other through the more difficult moments. Well done all! @Ilkleygrammar

Over the last two days we have been doing our trek down the picturesque Mai Chau valley. The trek has been hot and arduous, but the views and experience have made it more than worthwhile. Another rewarding few days with the students coping well in the humid heat @Ilkleygrammar

Today we start our trek and have a very exciting few days ahead of us! Signal will be limited, so once again updates may be less regular @Ilkleygrammar

And like that our community initiative in Khai Cai has come to an end. It has been a real privilege to live here over the last few days and be part of what is a very special community. We will miss you all and hope to return in the future @Ilkleygrammar

We had a great evening at our farewell party hosted by our host village. We were invited to wear traditional dress to showcase to the whole village the dance that we were taught by the local dance group @Ilkleygrammar
