They joined 300+ peers and connected with over 50 professional mentors to tackle challenges and explore tech careers. Incredible day for our @IHExperiences students at 84.51°! 🤩 They gained key insights, including that your degree doesn't dictate your career path—instead, you should focus on developing transferrable skills and following your genuine interest. We learned that while AI is growing, it won't replace the human element of client relationships and behavioral insight, making those skills crucial. Executives stressed that success requires analysis, teamwork, and communication, defining true leadership as followership: operating so people genuinely want to work with you.
