IHSI is pleased to announce that we are in process of approving the withdrawal of our legal counsel for the TCA litigation. We are now in direct communication with TCA to settle outside of court and do not feel we need counsel moving forward. Thank you.

We are pleased to announce that we have reengaged our auditors to bring our financials current. With most of the financials near completion we hope to become current as soon as possible. We will provide better timelines within the next couple weeks. Thank you.

Due to the continued litigation with TCA our company progress had been stalled. However we are pleased to report that we are sending another counter offer to TCA this week and are very hopeful that we are getting closer to resolution. More updates to come later this week. Thanks.

Jones, “We still have pending litigation with TCA in the state of Florida. We sued TCA. We will have updates soon as to pace and timing of the case. This litigation has been our biggest hurdle as a company, but we remain confident in a victory, even settlement this summer.
