62-100. The worst season in franchise history.

Arte Moreno's final full season as owner ends at rock bottom.

Change is coming. New ownership awaits.

Brighter days are ahead. 😇

Spectrum SportsNet announced that Bill McDonald and Stu Lantz will return as the Lakers' television broadcast team. However, Lantz will only do home games with Danny Green doing road games.

Additionally, Sasha Vujacic has joined the studio team, and Roqui Theus will share sideline duties with Mike Trudell.

Arjun Nimmala (Angels top prospect) had 9 HR in the last 14 games at AA. 15 of his last 17 hits have been for extra bases in that span, and he’s had an XBH in nine straight games.

Nimmala and the Trash Panda’s can win the Southern League championship tonight with a win over Biloxi.

As for some context on that…. Biloxi is Milwaukee’s AA affiliate. The Brewers farm is widely regarded as the best in MLB and most teams best prospect talent is in AA.

Biloxi has three Top 100 prospects, two are in the top 20 and Jesus Made is the #1 prospect in MLB.

The idea of the Angels AA team beating the Brewers AA for a league title would’ve been laughable a few months ago.

Right now Rocket City leads the best of 3, 1-0. Series far from over, but what a remarkable turnaround and reflection of the improvement within the organization.

Reid Detmers becomes the first @Angels pitcher since Shohei Ohtani (2022) to strike out 200 batters in a season! 👏

This stretch by Kobe was insane

2006: 35.4 PPG | 1st Team All-Defense
2007: 31.6 PPG | 1st Team All-Defense
2008: 28.3 PPG | 1st Team All-Defense
2009: 26.8 PPG | 1st Team All-Defense
2010: 27 PPG | 1st Team All-Defense
2011: 25.3 PPG | 1st Team All-Defense

Was elite on both ends of the court.

The Angels have now lost 22 games this season when tied or leading entering the 9th inning 😳

That's the most such losses before September in MLB history.

It took Jordan 15 years to win 6 Rings 💍
It took Kobe 14 years to win 5 Rings 💍

Let's NOT sugarcoat it, LeBron James will be entering his 24th year with only 4 Championships, on his 4th Superteam, still trying to catch these ghosts. 🤯

There's always been levels to this. 🔥

[KOBE @itspikaaa]

No other player started their career 2 years on the bench and still ended up a top 5 scorer!! KOBE MAN

Steve Nash MVP year

18.8 ppg, 10.5 assists, 4.2 rebounds

Kobe Bryant that year

35.4 ppg, 4.5 assists, 5.3 rebounds

Did you guys know the league avg was 97 points per game avg per team ????

Kobe avg 35.4 ppg that year.

Think about that……..

Kobe was scoring 36% of teams totals ..

He was the best player by far!

Listen to Chris Paul explain why the league vetoed him going to the lakers

“The league said it wouldn’t be competitive if I went to the lakers”

“Look at the league now”

That’s how good Kobe was… the league was sacred …

David Stern didn’t want Kobe getting 7 and passing MJ

The league feared Kobe

@mcuban feared Kobe …

Charles Barkley on LeBron joining the 76ers:

“He stacked his team in Miami, he stacked it in Cleveland, he stacked it in LA, now hes stacking it in Philly… He’s always stacked his team.”
