Here is the current reality of the server:

Security & Moderation:
- Leads and mods no longer reply to support tickets.

- Anyone can freely share scam links. Previously, they were banned within 3-4 minutes now, no one cares.

- Users are abusing each other using non-English slurs, with zero moderation. It is disheartening for genuine contributors and users seeking help.

Community & Programs:
- The Base Advocate program was discontinued after 3 years.
- No major announcements or updates from the team.

What needs to be done:
- Hire a new team/leads who actively monitor Discord and respond to tickets.
- Introduce a strong new program to support the community.
- Restore activeness, engagement, and moderation.

This is the current state of the Base Discord. We want to see this ecosystem thrive, but the community deserves better Management.
