@tarrrynitup Depending on what you like there are some beers that go good with wine. If you like merlots like me Belgian beers are good. I like Gulden Draak. I think it goes really Good with merlots

@momtalksstock I just started dieting and I'm taking this approach. Just tracking calories, fat, carbs, protein and cholesterol. Trying to keep everything balanced and not hyper focus on keep one thing down
