@CapexAndChill I may be misinformed about this, but I do question whether people actually will end up buying through agents. Maybe groceries for example, but normal commerce items like clothing and electronics? I feel like you'd want to look through it yourself before purchasing?
@DrewCohenMoney But its the lenders who choose fico or Vantage right? If lenders for whatever reason start adopting Vantage, will GSEs buy the morgages and sell it less profitably, or will they in that scenario start pulling fico scores on the already vantage-rated morgages themselves?
@DrewCohenMoney Just watched the FICO vid, very insightful and well made! I was left wondering about the practices of the GSEs though. What would happen if lenders en masse start adopting Vantage? Since its primarily credit investors that care what score a morgages has due to prepayment risk 1/2
@PronkDaniel What do you do if $BN surges in price to lets say 35-40% of your portfolio? Do you trim, or let it compound while focusing new capital elsewhere?
@joecarlsonshow You might be right. But if that's true, it is going to cost them a lot of hassle. Switching away from Slack is a pretty huge endeavour. Doesn't sound worth it just to shift blame in my eyes.
@FPLfrasier Good point. Penalties are a part of the game, and we pick players that are on pens for a reason. Yes they are random, but they will trickle in. Especially this season.
@FPLHeskibo @appelsinjuss Personally I'm holding if Klopp assures that he will only miss one game. Without such assurance Im selling and bringing him back against Fulham probably.
@FPLCougars I really want him as well but I have some higher priority mids in mind that will eat up the budget. Probably sticking with Chilwell +cheap defence for now!
@GianniButtice If you didn't already own Werner, would you bring him in? I'm considering doing Kane to Werner atm. I'm a bit worried because I see some people who has him is considering getting rid.
