As part of Swachhata Hi Seva 2026 and Hindi Mah 2026, IIT Jammu organised a Slogan Writing Competition on 23 September 2026 for its Housekeeping, Horticulture, Security and Mess staff.

As part of Swachhata Hi Seva 2026, IIT Jammu organised a Swachhata Gyaan Yatra to its campus composting facility, giving students and housekeeping staff hands-on insights into source segregation, scientific processing and organic waste management.

The visit highlighted how everyday waste can become a resource through responsible practices, reinforcing the idea of “Waste to Wealth.”
