@ICC why is the onus of getting the decision right on the players, not the umpires? Why not use DRS for all Out decisions, let umpires refer anything, and give fielding team 2 reviews for situations where umpires don't refer.

@bhogleharsha Cricket could learn from NFL; all touchdowns are reviewed automatically. Review all 'out' decisions by default; give all field reviews to bowlers (2 in ODI/T20, 4 in tests). It'll minimize bad game changing decisions.
