@fatpheebs You said treat your body with respect this month, but advocate for not exercising or eating healthier??? The ultimate form of bodily respect and self-love is constantly pursuing to become a better version of yourself. Physically, mentally, and spiritually.
@DrFrankLipman Don’t shame people if that is their goal with exercising. Everyone works out for different reasons and even if their focus is losing weight, they will still see the other benefits that exercise provides. All that matters is that they are exercising and working on themselves.
