@Schteffanox I know exactly what you mean! I get a sparkly spot in the middle of my eye that grows outwards... I did get my daith pierced last year to help with the pain as my were bad, but has made them much better, worth doing if you get them badly!

Migraine trigger signs are a blessing and a curse... thanks for letting me know I’ve got one coming on head... but now I’m panicking as to how bad it’ll be 🤕😅

Only gone and got myself a new job 💃🏻🥳 they said my presentation was head and shoulders above the rest and they had to have me... what a confidence boost 😍😍

Honestly couldn’t be happier that I am able to press some weight above my head again thanks to my shoulder, and it’s been a loonnggggg 5 months but we got there 💃🏻

I’ve just spent the last 30 mins going through my Facebook page and realising how much has changed in 5 years.
Would honestly give anything to go back to having things the way they were and still doing things with the friends I had.
