It seems @zomato have started a new scam. Deliver wrong items and then force the customer to accept it. I ordrd a large pizza and 2 ice-creams. But I read the wrong ones, so I approached zomato, just to be handled by a bot and not a real agent.

The bot provided only 2 solution, 1 was I take Rs 85 to be used only in the same restaurant or get nothing. 1 ice-cream cost 129, and other one 143. Now the question is, why should I eat something I didn't order or dislike and forcibly pay for it? Not in thr full I understand.

Bought a @havellsindia air cooler in Summer 2024. Used it for just one season before the water pump stopped working in mid-2025. Raised a complaint with @HavellsCare360 technician was ever assigned. Had to call a local technician, informed me the pump and PCB needed replacement.

Now Havells has registered a fresh complaint… and guess who’s assigned again? The same technician.

This year, I raised another complaint on 30th April. Same technician assigned. Same excuses again. When I escalated it to Havells, I found out the complaint had already been marked “resolved” on 1st May.

I transparently informed Havells about everything. They assigned a technician named Salman Attar. For over a month throughout peak summer, all I got was:
“Kal aata hu.”
“Part mangaya hai.”
“Aaj ho jayega.”

@voiceofhindus There are more than 500 companies which produces ethanol not just 2. Ethanol is by product of sugar production, almost every Sugar factory produces it at some level. I live near one, run by Rashtravadi Congress-Sharad Pawar.

One of friend took a card from @Onecard. The limit was 1 Lac in 2 years he paid over 1.80 Lac in total yet today's outstanding is 1.06 lac. These guys are looter, they charge so agrsvly and @OneCardHelp is of no use. That friend now called to say he feels like committing suicide
