UPDATE: It gets even more dystopian. The official @WhatsApp support just replied, admitting it is a "Large Language Model" and explicitly refusing to escalate my case to a human. A legitimate production company is being held hostage by an AI chatbot. You can't make this up. @TechCrunch @TheVerge @CaseyNewton
