Like if there's a woman - cis or trans- wearing a dress/makeup/otherwise entirely female presenting, why do I need to ask for pronouns? It's obvious.

@AlottaMalotta I SO appreciate this take and agree with you 100%. The onus should be on them to tell us, not us to ask. If a see a non-passing trans woman who is clearly making an effort to present female, I'm going to default to "she" because asking seems way more hurtful
