Okay, I'm restructuring my whole brand.
Be myself, but anonymous.
X = my blog. Daily.
Followers are secondary.
Note to myself: pin this for the whole year.
So write down your motivation(s).
Then start working.
These are my personal observations from my studies.
Make sure to follow if you like these types of posts ✅
Actual progress takes time.
Writing a good report takes a combined effort.
Example:
- writing 12 days. 30 minutes each day.
- or 4 days. 1.5 hours each day.
And writing it all at once (1 day 6 hours) leaves you prone to mistakes 🧵
Progress definitely compounds, however the discipline is the most difficult routine.
That’s why you need motivation to stick to it.
- You will give a fantastic presentation
- you will earn money with this product
- the product will be the foundation for your business
That was my little review I guess.
To anyone thinking about reading Greek mythology; I say, do it.
As long as you enjoy the tales, read them. They are worth it.
Today I read Odyssey by Stephen Fry.
The epic story is fantastic!
This book tells the tale of Odysseus’ journey after Troy’s 10 year war while the gods deviate him from Ithaca (his home).
The story is super cool and inspirational.
More on the story (my thoughts)🧵
Another reason this story is so inspirational is because the tale is ancient.
And I enjoy the rough and true nature of humans.
Even when actions and strength is exaggerated.
The story just, like Troy, does not talk about one perspective either.
It takes multiple into account.
Another week studying.

We're writing up an advice for a restaurant/small hotel on one of the Wadden islands.
Our advice must be on becoming more sustainable as a business using the three factors People, Planet, and Profit.
Businesses run on profit, so taking that out of the equation is just straight up ridiculous.
But the cool thing is; environmental sustainability can be highly profitable!
Think about it, reducing wasteful products reduces the number wasteful materials.
Usually that means more profit.
Example:
Instead of giving coffee milk cups, you ask if they want milk and if they want it you pour a fine amount in.
So now you're using one larger pack of milk, which is cheaper in the long run. AND you don't have to throw away unused milk cups (this happens a lot btw).
I have made three alternative advices myself that, I think, could be great.
1. Large water tanks, as rainwater reserves.
This reduces the volume of clean (drinkable) water flushed through the toilets in the restaurant and the accommodations.
This also reduces costs from the main water supply pipelines.
2. Solar panels on the roof. This is an easy one.
Just install several solar panels and you instantly reduce electricity costs and become environmentally more sustainable.
It can almost never go wrong.
3. Active customer participation during peak season.
Okay the idea is simple: Reward customers that clean up waste and remove sand overflow around the establishment.
For example, with ice creams.
This can be an annual or monthly event where people can participate.
This also pushes people to be less wasteful.
All in all I think these options are solid, however we do have other options to consider before we choose our main sustainability advice.
This is just a quick update within my studies of Coastal and Marine Management.
>Be like me?
>30 minutes of cleaning up
>Read a few hours for fun
>Feel motivated enough to take 10-20 minutes building a website.
>Write a fantasy story
>Daily pushups, pullups, jumping rope etc.
>Have fun playing games
>All while doing some homework to keep up with my studies
Updated my dad's website again.
You can just drop your website files in a Claude project.
Then put your pictures in a chat and ask to place certain pictures in specific spots.
Claude follows all the commands. So nice.
I recommend using ClaudeAI if you're building something.
I'm building a website for my dad's paintings.
Claud AI does make it look very generic.
But I think that's good when starting out.
A good-looking frontpage makes it way more inviting and tbh; creating everything from scratch is a waste of time.
And remind you I already did that with Mindhives (a blog website I built myself).
Got any tips for uploading images faster than uploading each picture after another?
- I was thinking of either feeding Claude the pictures (with context) and let it cook something up.
- Or I wanted to look at OpenClaw to do the trick, but I don't have the experience right out of the gate. So any tips are welcome.
Two weeks ago I promoted to Gold.
Today I promoted to Platinum.
My goal was not particularly hard, but it is definitely an achievement.
I had a great KDA and super good dmg.
Got way more potential.
Started playing League of Legends again.
It's so much fun! The best video game ever made.
Just promoted to Gold. With plats in my lobbies.
So I'm aiming for at least Platinum, before I stop playing again.
Gaming once in a while is good for brain. I'm convinced.
Paying $8 every month for some attention is just not worth it for me.
I blog daily and give updates and will probably keep doing this.
However, I will stop paying money for something that is completely useless for me.
Especially considering it doesn't return me anything.
Maybe if this post gets 100+ thousand views I'll reconsider it.
But mark my words, that is not happening.
I’ve said it before and I will say it again.
Going outside for 30 minutes is probably the best thing you can do everyday.
It’s Sunday. Touch grass.
Not convinced?
- Walking is an exercise. It reduced stress.
- Fresh air.
- It lets you think outside of the box (your house).
You can even use Strava and share your hike with friends.
Your goals aren’t embarrassing. They’re encouraging.
Is Project Hail Mary worth it?
Yes.
It was great. Haven’t seen a film this good in ages.
I’m not spoiling anything, don’t worry.
The film has action, comedy, and is very emotional.
It has everything.
The quality is amazing.
Better use 20 bucks on the cinema, instead of fastfood or alcohol.
I'm creating an infographic for my studies.
Claude just made a great format for me in html form.
It's about the hospitality business on an island.
This format is great to use as a base layer.
I'm improving the same infographic through Canva.
Claude is still not perfect, however these ai improvements are insane in my opinion.

Today we should reflect upon the week.
Did you actually make good progress?
You could probably have done better. I know I could’ve.
The best way to compound progress, is to actually be busy and accountable.
It triggers your active state of mind.
So hear me out.
Write down 3 small things that you want to do and add value to your life.
Begin and do all three tasks, spread out over the day.
It can take as little as 5-10 minutes.
What I’m doing:
- Writing my novel
- Finish half of my advice report and infographic
- Do pushups and pull-ups
