As a Customer care executive for Flipkart, it’s my request that kindly give us some more authorities to help customers. In several cases I couldn’t help them out but to escalate and share the TAT ! That’s something shit I’ve seen.

And that backend team hardly deliver a system generated mail to the customers! Well upgrade your old method otherwise all the customers will migrate to Amazon and Flipkart will be a History! As an Indian I want Flipkart to be on top so listen to this because I am your entity.
