1. ⚙️ Throughput & Scale
What volume of signed messages per second have the Panasonic Toughbook or DoD pilots sustained in field tests?
Where are the public benchmarks or after-action reports?

Result: No answer.
Reality: No public data.

2. 💻 Operational Footprint
How much compute/storage is required at the edge for production rollout?
Who pays that bill when it scales—Constellation or the client?

Result: Crickets.

3. 💰 Cost & Governance
How are metagraph costs split between enterprise and public validators?
Is there a transparent fee schedule for modeling a 3-year TCO?

Answer: None.
Translation: No one knows what it costs to actually run this thing.

Are HGTP components FedRAMP-bound or compliant?
Any SBIR Phase III or sole-source contract numbers to prove it’s cleared for production?

By a project claiming to secure government data across military infrastructure.
You preach “Zero Trust” but can’t even handle zero pressure?
