The thief then finished the sketch by using NovelAI and posted on their Twitter before AT finish it.

Then had the AUDACITY to demand a "proper reference" from them.

AI generated stuff is referencing other's art and i think is fine for reference/practice. But claiming that thing is "your own creation" then is like what Kiara said, ethically wrong.
