@polishmanium@JoeCassandra Renting quickly outpaces mortgage costs.
My last apartment was $1600/month, last year it was going for $3,000. Nearly doubled in 10 years.
My mortgage was $2100 in 2018, it’s $2140 now.
@YoungOGBurner12@JoeCassandra@lytecycle That’s his point, millennials are old enough to have gotten in in time. But they didn’t because they were too busy going to Europe and buying new 80k trucks
@JoeCassandra There’s actually a ton of truth here. Everyone wanted to travel and party. I’m 38, and so many of my peers went on multiple trips every year, bought brand new cars every few years etc.
Now I’m the one 10 years into my 2nd mortgage while they cry about never being able to buy 1
@SacAppraiser@Niggerfaggot893@donovan3rdtry No one is going to take “manhood” lessons from an eternal child that has to turn their garage into a gay hang out as if you’re still 15.
@nypost Broken clock is correct but for the wrong reasons, she doesn’t care about quality of education she just wants to indoctrinate every child into leftist insanity
