United Airlines staff rallied together to save an abandoned dog from euthanasia, showing extraordinary compassion. 🐶💖

Polaris, a six-month-old German Shepherd mix, had been brought to the U.S. from China without the proper documentation and was left behind at San Francisco International Airport. Facing the possibility of euthanasia, airline employees petitioned the CDC to allow Polaris to stay and cared for him during his four-month quarantine.

Their dedication paid off when Polaris was finally adopted by Captain Bill Dale, a United employee, and now enjoys a loving home. This heartwarming story is a reminder of how teamwork and kindness can give an animal a second chance at life. 🐾💖
