@dluxhu @JamesLucasIT We put more sugar in things now more than ever. Coupled with trading active lifestyles for more comfort. Has made us squishier human beings than normal. Everyone should go carnivore and drop sugar for 3 to 6 months. You will see a drastic change as your body sheds everything.
