It’s been a while since I last posted here. I’m back building a SaaS for smart agriculture, inspired by my experience as a principal engineer at a startup in the same space. Seeing the traction they got pushed me to build a better product.
I haven’t posted for a while! Got my first agency clients. Turned down some potential ones they wanted cheap work and complex automations.
I can’t work for cheap my brain just shuts down if the money isn’t good
Since I started using X, I've noticed it's full of hype and fake successful people. They push you to chase quick wins, but that doesn’t really work. So I’ve decided to start an automation agency — and I’m starting with my first client
I’ll probably never develop SaaS products again — unless it’s for B2B or high-ticket clients. For B2C, mobile apps and influencer marketing work better. My plan now is to grow my agency and use the profits to develop and market mobile apps
The SaaS I built will probably be shut down. It gets some traffic, but no one’s paying. The potential partnerships ended up wasting my time although there's still a small chance. But honestly, I don't see it working without a solid partnership and major improvements
@hkhdev95 i agree with you absolutly, the only diference is the say fake numbers, info and they have big following.
Everithyng is about scamming and marketing
Day 18: Update – $0 MRR
The SaaS feels dead. I chased trends and money. Still trying to get a partnership — if it happens, I’ll revive it.
Started two side projects:
->Shared streaming services web
->AI agency (promoting it with content)
