@elonmusk I’m sure it’s great until a drunk driver is behind the wheel of one and crashes into your mini van … yes this happened to us a couple months ago :(
@gtmom@0Beanie05923291 Agreed. My husband recently read an older book by Dr. James Dobson who talked about how bad this has been for boys in particular.
@MattWalshBlog Thank you for talking about this! Dad was a cop who was assigned a female trainee … became “good friends.” You can guess how that ended. Agree with every word you’ve been saying!
@yesimjustamom I once pulled out a box of Annie’s mac and cheese to make and a boy told me he’s never had the “shape kind” turn out good, can I make something else instead 💀
@yesimjustamom Oh my goodness, the rude comments from my kids’ friends are out of control. I don’t get it. I have tried to drill it into my kids that you eat whatever you’re given at someone’s house.
@lori_socal@SpiritedSparr0w Ugh how do you like to eat/drink it? It’s been sitting in my fridge forever because I don’t know how to make it more palatable. I tried a smoothie and didn’t love it.
@QElizabeth5546@TheGreatB00ks These are great recommendations. I feel like we have similar taste in kids books. Do you have any others that stand out in your mind?
@diane_etc@HannahWardEdu I too came here to say Petunia needs to be here!! And the Lyle Lyle Crocodile books!! Otherwise good list, I just put in some requests at the library for a few I was unfamiliar with. :)
@Guitargeek7777@uncledoomer I got a gorgeous Kawai in pristine condition for free. Tuners always compliment it. Would have cost thousands to buy new, but I paid a couple hundred to move and 160ish to tune every year.
