@Hitachi @HitachiAirCon extremely poor service. AC has not been working for the last 2 months. It's a split 2-ton AC, so quite expensive. The part was replaced twice, but the same problem persists. Latest complaint no is: 26032704343. Before that the complaint no was: 26031203587.

Given the severe summer, if you can't repair it, you should replace it.

@KotakCares Complaint Ref No: 0035486 for car loan + top up loan closure. Paid the entire amount. Was to receive the letter confirming payment of all loans, with a mention of car NOC in 4-5 working days.
