I sometimes miss tech reporting circa 2011-2015. It seems the reporting on Masimo’s patent coverage, the ITC infringement findings, Custom bans, design around / licensing options, and appeal predictions aren’t being fully analyzed. It’s nuanced and I haven’t seen the discussion.
