@SpiritAirlines There are at least 400 or more people standing in the line at FLL airport... You only have 2 Agents at the counter. Cards are being given to us in the line to reschedule with Chat. Chat cannot make connecting flight changes. Phone reps can not either. This is ridiculous!!!!!!!!
