@eidosmk Another hack for not needing to open the app but still have the widget data always be updated is by allowing location service to “always” this will enable background updates to happen

@eidosmk Have you launched the app after restarting? The widget data should flow from the app to the widgets after that. This can happened if you didn’t open the app at all for a long time

@anasnazri Yes. Since this tweet the were 2 updates. Each update has a potential widget crashing. This is an iOS bug as confirmed by apple but they are not likely going to fix it anyway
