For anyone that doesn't want to watch the video linked in this post here are the key take aways:

- World wide legislation has stealthily altered who truly "owns" financial assets like stocks and bonds, replacing it with "security entitlements"

- All land is held by the Crown in the UK. Elsewhere around the world it may be owned by something different, but the key is that you only have an estate (interest) in that land not true ownership (in UK true ownership of land would be allodial title)

- Land and other financial assets can be treated as collateral and taken for such without the holder's consent or knowledge due to multinational treaties that usurp local and national laws which conflict with this position, as the system has been globally harmonized so assets can be quickly seized cross-border against derivative failures, which lead to bank failures

- Pooled securities mean individuals have no rights to specific shares they think they "own", only a pro-rata claim if anything is left after secured creditors take priority collateral. This has been justified under the guise of preventing collateral shortages, but was artificially driven by regulators against market forces

- The overriding objective is to legally allow seizure of public assets to prop up failing banks when the multi-quadrillion derivative complex implodes. This will lead to the greatest theft of private wealth in history, as public shares, property and assets are legally stripped.

- financial systems have been designed to sacrifice public wealth to protect elite interests when instability arises

- Truly owned hard assets without counterparty risk, and being self-sufficient, are amongst the only hedges against this engineered taking. If you are debt heavy or debt backed, you need to hedge your position as much as you can or reduce that debt. Even if you do this, and hold land debt free, it could still be taken, but just not as easily as they will physically have to drag you off kicking and screaming no doubt

We are entering the time of the attempted seizure of public wealth to protect banks in a coming financial collapse leading to potentially the greatest theft in history. No one knows when the go button will be pressed, but when it is there will be a power vacuum and people will be severely pissed when they realise the truth of everything. That is in fact our greatest opportunity to change things once and for all, but it's going to take all of us, united, to do this.

This video was sent to me a few days ago. I have watched it several times & absolutely agree with the analysis. It is essential that you watch this video to understand what is going on at this time.

I have spoken many times about the land structure in the UK & the fact that a property holder does not own their land & house, they merely have an interest in it. This is called holding an estate in land, either freehold or leasehold, & is based upon the feudal system, from which we have not moved very far along. All land is owned by the Crown & I have explained the bona vacantia principles under intestacy before, meaning land goes back to the Crown when there is no next of kin to inherit.

I have tried, without success, to explain the concept of this video to many people. It seems that the acceptance of the same is too much for many, but this should not detract from it's truth, which is that there is no one below the top of the pyramid that "owns" anything. All you ever have is an interest in the asset in question, which ranks at the bottom, well below secured creditors. This includes shares, & money in a bank. The former is treated under the same principles as land, you have an interest in the shares. But they have been used as collateral for something else by various intermediaries & they will be taken when the system collapses.

On money in a bank, it is not yours once in there. There is no legal meaning to the words "bank deposit". Anything you put in a bank you are lending to them, & they will do as they please with it. If the bank goes under you are an unsecured creditor at the bottom of the pile - bank bail ins. The "protection" up to £85,000, is meaningless if the derivative market collapses. There is no insurance that can cover the estimated 3 to 4 quadrillion of collateral needed to cover a derivative market failure, so everything will be up for grabs.

This is the essence of the great reset. It involves the collapse of the current financial ponzi scheme, because it cannot sustain and "they" have known this for a long time, because it was set up to fail.

This is why laws have been streamlined in connection with securities & land around the world. The big grabbing hand can then just come in to take everything around the globe with no issue as regards local or national laws, because these have been superseded by multinational treaties.

As with everything, their plan rests on timing. I personally do not believe their systems are ready, & therefore feel we will see rampant hyper inflation before a collapse, because that is what happens under this system if it is not collapsed. But as soon as control systems are ready, the collapse will be allowed.

All central planning is connected to this because they need to control people given the mass unrest that will ensue when this collapse happens. And this is where I think they have over estimated their capability. Everything they've done to prepare for this, especially over the last 3 years has woken people up to what's going on. There were a significant number of people that didn't take the death shot. And in fact the death shot might not have finished off the numbers they wanted either - I should say at this point that it seems logical to assume it was a death shot to get rid of large numbers, to mitigate global unrest as regards the collapse, with a sprinkling of financial benefit added to this in the way of collection of assets & pensions being paid ending on death.

Added to their systems not being ready, in my opinion I don't even believe they can fully achieve the systems they want. Given this the current financial ponzi system is being propped up because they are not ready to press go. Hence we are seeing wars, chaos, inflation etc. It all allows for cover & the continued printing of money whilst they prepare further for what they want to do.

Under the rule of law you cannot go around damaging and destroying property, or inciting someone else to do so. The legal position on this is clear.

Unless you are a govt minister it seems.

Because in that case you can then put policies in place, help bring in legislation, or write regulations which completely destroy someone's livelihood by ruining their business, or leads to them losing their home, thus destroying property in that way. Damage due to policy. Or manslaughter due to policy, due to medical issues leading to death, caused by such policy. These sort of crimes are perpetrated by men and women in suits with a pen, writing legislation or "rules" which damage people greatly, but it's somehow more palatable to the public because it's done by a piece of paper, so policy makers are never held to account for any damage they cause.

There is a clear need to hold all perpetrators of crimes to justice. It just does not seem to be the case that this ever happens.

When we reach a situation that we have two tiered justice, and rules for thee but not for me, we end up where we are today.

And no it's not fair. And no, justice is not dispensed equally, and it does very much seem that some people are above the law.

We need a conversation about this.

This is an interesting read on data scraping which we have been going on about ad nauseam.

You will remember Musk limited Twitter because it was being scraped for a chat bot and in our opinion he was right to do so.

The chat bots can only function by being fed data - our data. And whilst we don't care too much for the Hollywood complaints, we care about us.

It is completely mind blowing, and indeed unacceptable, that most people do not see the relevance of government policy on excess deaths.

Yesterday we posted a report that stated it was likely that 335,000 excess deaths were caused in 7 years by UK government austerity measures.

Previously we have posted the report that said that the UK government lockdown measures would cost 250,000 lives.

And today we have posted the death figures for this year, running at an excess, likely due to a mix of lockdown effect and death from the injectables.

It is simply unacceptable that people shrug their shoulders over this and then just get on with their day. Even without the current figures, the two reports mentioned allude to almost 600,000 excess deaths caused by government policy, and that could be an underestimate.

When you tell people that the goverment has killed people by policy decisions, most stare blankly at you and then shrug their shoulders. The best garbage reply we have heard is "governments have always killed people, its just the way it is"!

This acceptance and allowance of people being killed by their governments is what has led to the situation we have today. It really isn't OK for governments to kill their populations, and when they do, for ministers to never have to face justice, and instead get lucrative private appointments and after dinner speaking events netting them hundreds of thousands of pounds.

But people don't care. Because ultimately they are thinking "well its not me dead, or my family member dead". And after hearing about someone killed by government policy they just go about their day, humming, booking their next holiday, and thinking about what they are going to watch (be brainwashed by) on the TV later. People are utterly myopic.

There is no world in which governments should be allowed to get away with causing the deaths of their citizens, whilst continually also rinsing them for millions of pounds and repeatedly trying to make their lives unbearable, if said citizens are lucky enough to survive the cull. Governments are utter criminals. It is as simple as that.

Something has to change and that change has to come from us. As a first step we must insist that ministers are not simply allowed to walk around free whilst they have blood on their hands. That means accountability. We want changes to how those in governance can be prosecuted. New criminal offences with lengthy sentences as well as asset stripping to cover reparations. We also want a much easier process to recall and remove a sitting MP. There should also be no parliamentary privilege when policies pushed by ministers in the HOC have led to deaths.

These absolute ba****ds have got away with far too much for far too long. Because we have LET THEM.

Research led by the Glasgow Centre for Population Health and the University of Glasgow, published in October 2022 argued there was a “considerable body of evidence” that the austerity policies pursued by the UK government since 2010 were the main cause of a decline in the rate at which life expectancy has increased. The study characterised austerity as policies that lead to a reduction in spending on social security and public services. The authors of the study also argued the impact of austerity had disproportionately affected women in the UK because they are more likely to be dependent on social security and social services.

The paper cites several previous studies in support of these arguments, including a literature review published by the European Journal of Public Health, entitled ‘Austerity and health: the impact in the UK and Europe’ (October 2017). This study argued that austerity negatively impacted health by causing increased unemployment, poverty and homelessness. It also argued that austerity policies had a negative impact on healthcare services as a result of reduced funding. It concluded that the impact of these policies was greatest on people who were already vulnerable, such as those with precarious employment or housing or with existing health problems. It also said austerity was associated with worsening mental health, resulting in an increased risk of suicide.

The paper found that the austerity policies pursued by the UK government had had an “immensely damaging” impact on life expectancy overall.

It said approximately 335,000 additional deaths had occurred between 2012 and 2019 compared with what had been previously been predicted.

It also said the change in these trends was greater for people living in the 20% most deprived areas in England, Scotland and Wales.

You read that right. 335,000 excess deaths caused directly by Government.
