I noticed that nowadays very often Hindus call themselves only 'Sanatani' and eternal (=Sanatan) Dharma only as Sanatan.

I am worried that it gets confused with Satanic.
Foreigners don't know Sanatan and read automatically Satan.
Satanic temple and Church of Satan are recognized and have followers. Google it. And anyway attempts are made to portray Hinduism as Satanic...

Sanatan can easily be translated as eternal. Dharma is difficult to translate.

Even Amazon gave to my book the label 'Sanatanism', even though this term is nowhere in my book, nor in the reviews.
I objected to it, but it has not yet been removed.

See, Google says under Sanatanism only Satanism.
