Doesn’t seem like a huge difference yet I was in a 6XLT shirt with a 3XL in pants in the second picture I’m in a 5XLT and 2XL a lot of the swollen fattyness has reduced from my upper chest chin and mid abdominal area my arms are more defined by more muscle over being fatty 🫡 I’m still fat af in my belly though 😂
@AprilSamuraii 4-5 day schedule start with cardio or end with cardio 10-20 mins if you can day 1 chest arms shoulders day 2 upper back day 3 lower back legs Day 4 is day 1 again day 5 mainly cardio focused or rest focused depends on how you’re body feels. 🫡💪🏾
