Why do all Ganapati special trains have only 3 Tier AC coaches. Till last year WR added 2 Tier AC coaches in the rake composition as well. Kindly add 2 Tier AC coaches for all Konkan bound special train for the benefit of passengers. @WesternRly @drmbct
