Hi @RailwaySeva @GMSRailway - Why on earth anyone pays for a service? Probably to see such conditions in an AC dorm room with 2 bed, with a fan mouted only on one side that too fixed, not a single soap in washroom what to say of expecting a kettle, a sub standard bedsheet.
