@ChrisJones55 @MrMagicCW I’m going through the same thing. I tried canceling my membership the other day. Today they tried to charge me again. 🤦🏾‍♀️ There is no LIVE person that answers their phones.

@MrMagicCW I got a new car with a new license plate. It’s a fleet car. I have been unable to login anywhere to change my account. My account does not have my current phone number on it for some reason. Send a message to your Customer Care and I’m waiting to hear back. Still getting charged

@MrMagicCW I have been trying for 2 months to cancel my membership via phone and on the app! On the phone it just says there’s an error. Online 🤷🏾‍♀️ who knows? After canceling on the phone the other day, today you try to charge my bank account!! FIX THIS ASAP!!!
