A restraunt sends a wrong item and Swiggy platform asks me to just rate the restaurant and let the restaurant get away with out any penalty.

@RailMinIndia @RailwaySeva can u explain why this a special train and there are extra charges. The proposed delay was of 7.30 hours however actual delay of 11hrs at Hyd. The train ride was bumpy with poorly maintained toilets.@IRCTCofficial
