This is absolutely unacceptable. My replacement phone has a dead pixel on the front screen. Does anyone actually check this stuff before sending it out? So let me send my phone in not 1, not 2, but 3 times now. This is unbelievable. I have never had so many problems. @SamsungUS

Customer for 15+ years. But this is absolutely ridiculous. I have purchased a fold 4. But had wifi failure which was repaired. I looked at front of the screen and it was damaged with dead pixels by repair team. Sent for repair again, it was canceled with no tracking
