What is the one thing you still keep in place on a rest day?
For me, it’s walking.
If I completely shut everything down, the next day usually feels harder than it needs to be.
Most people don’t need a new plan on Monday.
They need to stop negotiating with the one they already made.
Do the workout. Make the call. Finish the task. Keep the promise.
Sunday is a good reset.
Not because everything changes tomorrow, but because you get another chance to be more intentional than you were last week.
Pick a few things that matter. Do those well. Let the rest wait.
The older I get, the more I realize motivation is overrated.
Having a plan makes it a lot easier to keep moving on the days you just don’t feel like it.
What helps yall stay consistent when motivation is low?
You don’t need another burst of motivation.
You need a plan you can follow when the week gets busy.
Training.
Nutrition.
Accountability.
Structure.
That’s how you stop restarting every Monday.
