Trn:22118 my father alone is travelling with this train. And he got upper birth. And hig age is 78+. And having urine problem. Please if possible provide lower seat to him.

@VGuardOfficial I have raised the request 1-8432676514. But still no one visited. In call technical talking about only fees , money this much money you have to pay. But still no one is visited. Is this the service team is providing. Request you act on priority.

@VGuardOfficial When I speak to technician he is asking visiting charger 250. And if I take service then 700+. And if any parts is replaced that cost is different. Though my product is out of service. But vguard cost this much cost.@jagograhakjago

@RailWireIndia I have connection. But everytime I get very slow Speed. I have asked to isp provider to change the router. But his language is not at all good. He is asking charges for changing the router. Where as others isp provider like Tata sky or airtel does not asked money.
