Today I received a response saying the order will auto-cancel after 30 days and refund will be processed later. Galti Jio ki, pareshani customer ki, aur wait bhi customer kare? Time aur paisa dono waste hue. Please resolve. @JioCare #JioFiber #JioSIM

Second complaint made via phone on 08-Jun-2026. Again I was assured that SIM delivery would happen "tomorrow" and even "by 10 AM". Lekin har baar same promise, same excuse, zero action. Customer ka time kiski zimmedari hai? @JioCare

My orders #263241137837511360 and #263241137837511361 have been stuck at the Dehra Gopipur hub since mid-March. Despite the app promising delivery in "1-2 days," there has been zero movement for more than a week.
