2. Start in the New testament, read 1 chapter per day (quantity over quality.) Maybe a few chapters if you make time.
3. After each chapter, think about it and jot down any thoughts/ questions you have in a journal or note app.

@NeilShenvi A verse without context is pretext...that's why we should read whole books/passages together. So. If someone posted an odd sentence from the Bible (and yes there are plenty) I understand why one might bristle.
