1/2 Hey @VerizonSupport, Iβve spent over a week trying to resolve an Auto Pay / ACH issue after a temporary hardship period. I followed Financial Services instructions, waited for follow-up, and still cannot restore bank Auto Pay on our 5-line account.
2/2 I manually paid the account to keep it current and avoid more fees, yet nobody has called back or fixed the restriction. At this point Iβm seriously considering moving our family lines to @TMobile.

@AmericanAir@AmericanAir@Citi@Mastercard This is how you all lose a customer (actually our whole family of 5). My daughter has a concussion and is unable to travel, yet you stick behind "policy" saying that doesn't meet a threshold for a refund. When did we lose basic human decency?
@AmericanAir So a concussion (and 3 Dr notes since on her little progress) that has kept my daughter out of any activity for weeks "does not meet our exception requirements" for a refund of our tickets? (1/2)
@AmericanAir As a @Mastercard AAdvantage Executive card holder, AAdvantage Platinum member, and a longtime (24 years) @AmericanAir customer, I expect better. I used a flight credit that I should get returned to me as well. We cancelled our trip, and you resold the seats. @AAdvantage_cs
