@mayrasharlenne I don’t think my name appears the same on any two forms I own. Except my driver license and passport. And that’s the only place it’s correct! Deirdre-Annalie is perhaps the most interesting. But also Deirdre-Ann, Deirdre Anna, Deirdre A because they think its my middle name.

@mayrasharlenne I soooo understand the forms battle. My first name has a hyphen and until the 2010s it wasn’t standard that all electronic forms would except a hyphen. I always use my full name on forms even to this day my first name is nearly always truncated because of insufficient space 😠
