It’s been 10+ days since I’ve requested for my money to be withdrawn from the app, the status shows as paid on the app but the money hasn’t reflected in my account.

The live chat takes forever to load, there is no other way to contact and take an update too. @BetwaySupport

@BetwaySupport I've been following up since a month and Betway has sent the money to an account number that does not exist in the bank records.

On top of that, I'm told that nothing can be done about it. Need this sorted quickly, it's just being stretched a lot despite sharing all details.
