Seen this old man being interviewed about his land he bought 3.6m ugx years back and now they want to buy it 600m ugx but he is keeping it for his children.

If he sales this land, puts 600m in a 20yr bond, he would be getting around 7m monthly for the next 20yrs. No need to work but he will be able to afford healthcare, his children would live a decent life.

Of course it would come as 40m+ every 6 months but imagine making all that money in your 70s living in Uganda.
