In case you didn’t watch the 🇳🇴Norway 2-1 🇧🇷Brazil:
>3’ NORWAY GOALLL - ruled out by offside tho (0-0)
>14’ BRAZIL MISSED PEN - Bruno Guimaraes took it instead of Vini and Norway’s Neyland made a great save
>31’ Nyland makes another great save to keep it 0-0
>45+3’ Alison made a GREAT save on Odegaard
>59’ ENDRICK BREAKAWAYYY… aaand he missed 😭
>62’ Nyland makes another INSANE SAVE on Guimaraes (was offside but still crazy) He’s having the game of his life
>75’ Alison makes a GREAT save for Brazil to keep it 0-0
>Boring ass game but the keepers are playing amazing
>⚽️🇳🇴79’ NORWAY GOALLL - HAALAND HEADER OVER GABRIEL (1-0)
>84’ Nyland makes a bizarre save diving backwards on an almost own goal
>⚽️🇳🇴90+1’ NORWAY GOALLL - HAALAND BELTER (2-0)
>⚽️🇧🇷90+11’ NEYMAR SCORES A PEN TO KEEP BRAZIL ALIVE (1-2)
>Brazil wasted their last possession and lost
>Joao Pedro is still sitting at home.
>Brazil really looked like they would win up until Haaland’s first goal. Brazil had all the best chances but wasted them
>Neymar went up to Norway’s keeper and talked sht in his face after scoring the pen instead of grabbing the ball out of the net to restart the match
>Norway will now play the winner of England-Mexico… a very winnable game
>🏅My player of the match: Haaland, ST, Norway. Could also have been Norway’s keeper
>Let me know what I missed

This is exactly why I started helping people import cars themselves.
Dealers are not the only option.
I’ve imported multiple cars from USA,Canada and China for clients, There’s proof all over my page.
Here’s how normal people are doing it without paying crazy markups
What happens if you like onions in food but your partner doesn’t?
You like sleeping with lights on and your partner doesn’t?
You enjoy pressing the paste from anywhere but your partner hates it?
You are clingy but your partner isn’t?
You love PDA and your partner doesn’t?
@khanofkhans11_ I can eat my food with or without onions.
Sleeping with lights on? I don't like this one ooo. We'll rather go for coloured bulb if she likes sleeping with lights on.
I press my toothpaste from the bottom.
I'm clingy as fuck... If she isn't we'll find a way same with PDA.
Interviewer: How much does your husband have to make to take care of a family of 5?
Her: We make over $200k combined.
Interviewer: So you split the bills on your household?
Her: Yeah. Everything is joint.
They have 3 kids and she is not using them as an excuse to be financially irresponsible to the home. Spotting family values is not rocket science
Hi Renè,
You're in luck. I'm a lawyer who works in a mortgage bank
There are four options, three of which are government empowered.
1. Nhf: As an employee, by law, a percentage of your income is expected to be remitted to your housing fund with the Federal Mortgage Bank. You can use this to access various mortgage options.
2. Family Home Funds Limited: This is an initiative backed by the FG. Their rate is between 12-15%. This is mostly accredited by Mortgage Banks. The maximum they can finance is 100 million, and they are largely focused on females as well. Once you get approved, you have a moratorium for the first 5 years (i.e., you will only start repayments after 5 years)
3. MREIF - This is a package created by ARM and the Ministry of Finance. Their rate is 9.78%. They have the lowest rates. To access this, you would also need to go through accredited banks.
4. Banks: Commercial and Mortgage Banks give this. Commercial banks have lower rates because they are allowed to carry out multiple activities. Their rates are usually between 12% and 20%. Mortgage Banks, on the other hand, have rates from between 24% to 35%.
Note that the interest rates are largely affected by the monthly MPR issued by the CBN. Also, the products financed by the government are temporary, so a stitch in time saves nine, and they are not guaranteed, which is why I advise that you just get bank products instead.
What do you need
1. Good credit rating
2. Equity: For government workers, you must have at least 33.3% of the total sum of money needed to purchase the property, while for Non Government employees, it's 50%.
3. A validly registered property.
4. Your age matters as well.
5. Management Fee (usually between 0.5% to 1% of amount to be borrowed, usually take from the sum requested) and Administrative Fee (usually between 500k to 1m)
Total Mortgage Processing time is between 3 days and 5 weeks. My mortgage bank does 2 weeks. The speed is dependent on your production of requirements.
Some of my bank's mortgage products include
1. Rent to Own
2. Home Renovation Fund
3. Equity Release
4. Normal Mortgages
Etc.

This is unacceptable!!!!!!
The first picture is where the woman and her husband lives with their healthy children.
The second picture is the small uncompleted security house,
Which is opposite their own house where she chàined and tørtüred the little 10 years old boy.
They chained him there and told him never to cry else he will see something that is more than pain..
This made the boy to stay and cry silent there..
They left him with no food or water, when he couldn't endure it anymore, he started crying out.
It was a man living in the same compound that heard his voice, went down there and rescued him..
From the injúríes on that boy's body, the tørtüre must have been going on for a very long time.
Some of the injúríes are fresh while some are almost healing.
Every single part of the boy's body that was covered with wøund.
Heart of a man is what again??????
Why would the husband stay and allow his wife do this to someone's child?????
@GeoinaMonr61659@EleluAyoola She said the vote buying was not an INEC issue but the society issue. Party agents are needed to be on standby to go against any form of vote buying from other parties. People chosed to sell their vote for money, these are the things that needs to be corrected...
Recently, my mom was on admission. Everyday, myself, my siblings and my dad were at the hospital. We kept her company till 10pm before we dispersed, with one person staying back overnight.
Everyday, I looked around and saw the entire family and I smiled. It made me realized part of the ressons I hated living abroad. Your love one is sick and all you can do is send money. Meanwhile, your heart is beating fast because you cant see them. There is celebration or random Sunday family gathering and you are the only one missing. The reason I always show up in person for anything is that money cannot fill the place of presence. It is the memories we share that lingers.
Many families can't gather together anymore for celebration or caregiving. The only time some families can gather now is burial, and even burial no dey see complete family again. Nigeria has to work for the next generation. They deserve to gather around with their cousins, nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, parents, and grandparents on a random Sunday.
If you are a Dad, say what you need in the comment section.
Find a Dad and show love to him today. Everyone should find someone to help. Let the love begin 🍷
This growth is dedicated to all real hustlers out there.
It's not easy to build as a nobody from a small town in Ijebu Ode.
Appreciate the LOVE from Day One.
We go do giveaway soon o.

Ahmed dated Safeera for years but left her to marry Safiya.
A year later, he married Safeera as his second wife.
Another year later, Safiya publicly divorced him.
Safeera defended her husband with a long epistle, praying for his peace.
Then, a year later… Ahmed married Safiya again. 👀
i will teach you guys something, pay solid attention and walk with me;
most nights, place a clear glass of water beside your bed. by morning, it’s said you can read the energy of your space. this simple feng shui practice is believed to reveal the unseen flow around you while you sleep.
before going to bed, take a clean glass and fill it with clear water. hold it gently with both hands for a few seconds. look into it and quietly say, while i rest, cleanse what i cannot see. absorb the heavy energy and carry away anything that does not belong to me. in that moment, you’re giving the water a task.
water by nature, absorbs energy easily and respond to intention. once you’re done, place the glass next to your bed and go to sleep as you normally would.
in the morning, pay close attention.
if the water is filled with bubbles, almost like it has been boiling overnight, it has absorbed heavy or negative energy from your surroundings. if it appears cloudy or different from how you left it, the energy may be even more intense possibly built up stress or lingering spiritual presence over time. if the water remains clear, then your environment is calm and balanced.
one important rule: do not drink the water. pour it away, as it has completed its task then rinse the glass thoroughly.
if the water isn’t clear on the first night, repeat the process for seven nights to help cleanse and rebalance your space. don’t be afraid of what you find. what matters more is realizing you may have been resting in that energy for longer than you knew.
