The #Cowboys' handling of negotiations and money is downright baffling: They basically sat out free agency last year, dragged their feet with player extensions, and created unnecessary drama with CeeDee Lamb and Dak Prescott by waiting until the 11th hour to get deals done. And it's not just them — this has been the pattern with several players over the years. They made Mike McCarthy and his entire staff coach out their contracts, blocked McCarthy from interviewing with the Bears last week, only to part ways anyway. In Week 18, they even benched Cooper Rush to avoid paying a $250K incentive for playing 55% of snaps on the year (he was at 52%).
Completely avoidable chaos, and not what you'd expect from 'America's Team.'
Kenneth Walker III has carried the ball 8 times and been stuffed behind the LOS on 4 of those carries. Negative plays on the ground killing Seattle right now.
Zim’s got the best version going of Mazi we’ve seen. Ever. Josh Butler’s balling. Micah’s still been that dude since coming back. This defense suddenly seems like it’d be above league average with all the pieces. A lot of heart if nothing else in midst a sinking ship.
